Ingredients
Flesh of two mangoes
½ cup natural yoghurt
1cup milk kefir or organic, unhomogenised full cream milk
2cm piece of ginger, peeled
juice of 1 lime
1 tsp cardamom powder
Instructions
Add all ingredients to the bowl of a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth.
Serve in two tall glasses and drink immediately.
