Ingredients
1½ cups coconut water
1 banana
1 Lebanese cucumber
3 medjool dates, pitted
Zest and juice of one lime
2 tsp spirulina
2 scoops protein powder of choice
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in high powered blender until smooth (I use and recommend the Optimum blender range). Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
