Coconut Butter Frosting

  • 1 cup coconut butter (not oil)
  • ¼ cup agave nectar or sugar
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  1. To make icing beat all ingredients except shredded coconut until creamy and well combined. Refrigerate for 10min, then beat again until creamy. Spread over slice, scatter shredded coconut on top and refrigerate before serving.
